We at Snaks 5th Avenchew have always focused on keeping our costs stable. We run a tight ship, and search for ways to maintain our everyday low prices and save you money! However, as with other goods and services in our daily life, some factors are beyond our control. Huge increases in raw material prices, manufacturing regulations, trade policies, and changing markets around the globe have led to necessary pricing adjustments from almost all of the manufacturers that supply our industry. The cost of labor in terms of wages and health benefits have soared as well and we do not cut corners. We feel our employees deserve the best opportunity working here at Snaks.

Finally, the overwhelming demand for commercial drivers across the country along with unabated fuel surcharges have contributed to soaring freight rates, whether at UPS, Fedex, Common Carrier Lines or the USPS. This trend in rising freight pricing has been unrelenting in the recent past.

As of February 2022, we will be charging the actual pricing on all orders to commercial addresses from here forward. In simple terms, it is no longer possible to continue providing shipping discounts to customers and absorb the remaining costs. We will continue to strive to maintain everyday low pricing.

By doing this, it will simply allow us to continue to price our products without “working the freight into the cost” of the items.
