Cancellations: Store Credit only. We do not offer Refunds to original payment methods.

Lead Time:   Current lead time is 6-8 weeks. (Lead time is subject to change based on incoming order volume & staffing)

Delivery: We CANNOT guarantee orders will arrive for a specific date, Horse Show, Birthday or event.
