Our Most Frequently Asked Questions

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

Damages must be reported within 48hrs from the time your order is delivered for consideration. Photos are required and must be submitted with your email for a claim to be opened. Please include your order number.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TO REORDER: 

We ask that you plan accordingly when placing orders. Our best recommendation is, placing your next order once you receive a shipping confirmation that your current order has shipped. This should allow for a revolving Snaks delivery.

 

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE?: 

Production time fluctuates throughout the year. Additionally, all items are hand-made. Therefore, lead-time is subject to change based on in-house volume. Standard leadtime is 4-6 weeks. Please refer to the header at the top of the website for the most up to date lead times or send us an email.

Lead times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. 

We cannot guarantee an order will arrive by a specific date, holiday, event or occasion...for any reason. If an occasional order needed by a specific date, please email us before ordering so that we can confirm if this deliverable within our production schedule.

 

CAN I GET CUSTOM COOKIES FOR MY STORE?

We do offer custom design orders! Custom orders are paid in full before the order enters production and is non-refundable once payment is made. 

We are able to accommodate most custom design requests. Custom orders are addressed on a case-by-case basis and pricing is based on intricacy. Email us with your questions and please provide your inspiration, pictures, logo, etc... using a clear PDF format. 

Once we make your design edible, proof of design is sent prior to payment for your approval. Partners are eligible for up to (2) design proofs, if needed. $15 for every additional revision. Custom orders are not refundable

SHIPPING & DELAYS

Specific seasons have different travel times. This timeframe is determined by the carrier and is out of our control. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do on our end once the package is with the carrier.

Please be sure to check with your concierge or neighbors to make sure it was not inadvertently dropped off in their mail boxes. Please reach out to us at s5awholesale@gmail.com if the package has not arrived after 7-10 business days from the original delivery date.

SHOULD SNAKS BE REFRIGERATED?


S5A treats are best kept at room temperature.  Do not freeze or refrigerate, it will cause condensation, resulting in color bleeding.

Keep out of direct sunlight. Product color will fade 

 

DO YOU HAVE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO BEST SELL YOUR PRODUCT?

A well stocked shelf will sell more Snaks. Keep your Snaks stocked! Nobody wants to purchase the last design.

Having the cookies at eye level or up front at the registers, in your store has been shown to create a successful model.

 

PRICING?

We typically offer keystone pricing.  When using the keystone method of pricing as a rule of thumb, keep in mind that retail pricing around the country ranges. Please price accordingly to your store and consumer, not going below the MSRP.

We do not offer additional discounts on top of your wholesale pricing.

 

I LIVE IN A HIGH TEMP STATE. WILL SNAKS MELT?

Absolutely not. Snaks icing is made in-house with our proprietary icing recipe and dries hard.  Be sure to keep them out of direct sunlight to avoid color fading and condensation. 

We ship across the USA all 12 months of the year.

 

CAN MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE QUICKER? 

You are welcome to purchase expedited shipping options, such as 'Next Day Air' at checkout. This does not change the production time and your order will not ship out any sooner. This is the method in which your order will ship to you, once it has completed production.

If you do purchase this shipping option, the upgraded shipping must be paid by  5p.m. EST to qualify. If not paid by this time, your order will ship the following business day. (This does not include federal holidays or weekends).
